The Gibson Assembly® Ultra Kit is an ideal choice for complex cloning applications and contains an optimal enzyme mixture allowing the assembly of 2 to 15 DNA fragments of widely varying sizes using only small amounts of DNA. Gibson Assembly Ultra kit builds on Telesis Bio’s original Gibson Assembly® technology to expand the ranges of fragment size, fragment number, and project complexity that are compatible with scarless and high-fidelity cloning. Gibson Assembly® Ultra utilizes a robust two-step method to seamlessly join up to 15 inserts into a plasmid vector. The entire process can be completed in 80 minutes or less.
