Do you spend much of your valuable time in template preparation, instead of focusing on your research? We have the solution! You simply give us your cultures and we will isolate and purify the DNA plasmids for sequencing for only $8 per sample. To make it even more attractive, we can even grow the bacteria for you for free! Best of all, all of these are done within 48 hours: you give us a colony of bacteria on day one and you will get your sequencing data in the morning of day three.

If your samples are bacterial cultures:

Cultures should be grown in LB Broth in 96-well growth blocks or any 16 or 17 X 100 mm culture tubes overnight. Please have the samples ready by 3 pm so that we can isolate and purify the plasmid for sequencing on the same day.

If your samples are colonies of bacteria:

For each template to be generated, please provide a single isolated colony on a Petri plate. Also provide the name of the vector (pUC, pBS, etc.) in Notes section of the order form so that we can amplify it appropriately. we can set up the overnight broth culture on the same day and have the miniprep and sequencing done on the next day.
