With this service, we can prep DNA from plasmid DNA or colonies cultivated on an LB plate. We will perform transformation and use the Qiagen maxi-prep kit to yield around 500-800µg of high quality plasmid DNA. 
Upon completion, we will provide the final DNA concentration and volume, and a picture of the DNA obtained from gel electrophoresis.
