Service Description:
If your samples are ready by 11:00am, the results will be delivered by 6:00 pm or sooner on the same day.

Rate:
Higher rates are charged for Express Service:
Academic:          $18.49/per reaction;
Commercial:        $24.49/per reaction.

How to Place Express Service Order:
If you place the order online, select Yes under Express Service (The default selection is NO). If you order by phone, you may put the request in "Special Instruction" when you fill the order form manually.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Minimum of 5 samples are required for Express Service order;
2. Express Service may not be always available;
3. If we fail to deliver the results by 6:00pm, those reactions that are delivered after 6:00pm will be charged at regular price.
4. Delivery time is defined as the time when we send the email, not the time when you receive the email since large file may be delayed on its way.
